Oregon Next Generation Companies

What is an Oregon Next Generation Company?

They’re the “it” company of the future. People hear whispers of how great they are. Their forward-thinking strategies and the way they manage their workforce has everybody talking. They’re the innovators, the change-agents, the mavericks in their field. For them, it about more than this quarter’s profits, it’s about building a company for the future, investing in their employees and contributing to the community. These companies have “it,” they’re the next generation of Oregon companies!

Gen Cubed rewards companies of all industries, sizes and backgrounds for these innovative, “next generation” management practices. With this award, size, revenue, and industry don’t matter as much as the values and foundations that drive their forward-thinking mindset. These companies are truly triple bottom line oriented, and both environmentally and economically sustainble. They’ve gone beyond the old guard management, and they’re setting the new standard.

The Nomination criteria:

Must operate and have a minimum of 10 employees in Oregon

Must be striving to create a forward-thinking next generation workplace

To determine the winners the nominated companies will receive a short survey designed by Gen Cubed and administered by Riley Research Associates. With the assistance of Riley Research, the information will be analyzed and compiled into a digital publication that will also include up-close and personal features on the winning companies to spotlight how they specifically operate as a next generation company.

All nominated companies will enjoy recognition and the ability to tout their status as an Oregon Next Generation Company nominee. The winners will receive a logo for their website and for use in recruiting and marketing materials. There will also be an awards event in their honor.
